Free this Sat: Inglewood's revival

Posted by Carren Jao Pineda |

After a rainy week, I'm glad the weekend (and maybe some sunshine) will be around the corner soon. This Saturday, it's time to split yourself in half again with these two great events happening in your neck of the woods.

Further down south in Inglewood, the awesome ladies of deLab help share the amazing transformation happening in Inglewood courtesy of (fer) studio. The architects behind Father's Office in Culver City and Zen Zoo in Hollywood, (fer) studio is revitalizing Inglewood's Market Street. What's on the horizon? An MTA stop, maybe an urban agricultural zone, adaptive re-use zoning, green belt and water reservoir. Principals Christopher Mercer and Douglas Pierson share their trials and triumphs along the way.

Sat, March 26th, 1:30- 3:30pm
1159 East Hyde Park Blvd
Inglewood, CA 90302
