Quick Fix: Baked Salmon with Tarragon

Posted by Carren Jao Pineda |

This is my mom's recipe. It's suprisingly easy despite the fancy use of herbs. The secret to its yumminess? The aluminum foil it's cooked in. The foil softens the fish without drying it.

  • A salmon fillet
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Dried tarragon
  • Aluminum foil

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Make sure to add additional space to wrap the salmon from the top as well.

Put the salmon on top of the baking pan. Season both sides with salt and peper and a dash of lemon juice. Sprinkle tarragon over the whole salmon.

Cover the salmon with the aluminum foil.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Enjoy! This dish goes well with a side of greens and rice.
