Free this weekend: Brewery Art Walk

Posted by Carren Jao Pineda |

Ever wondered how an artist lived and worked? If you have, then perhaps it's time to head on over to the Brewery Art Walk this weekend. Billed as the largest live-and-work art colony in the country, the Brewery Art Colony houses about 300 studios and 400 to 500 people according to this LA times article.

This weekend, the ever-curious are given free passes to peek into the inner sanctum of these artists. You might also walk away with a bargain. Painters, sculptors and other types of artists will also be selling their art at studio prices.

I wonder, do their digs look as nice as these?
