Cheap this weekend: Feast of San Gennaro L.A.

Posted by Carren Jao Pineda |

When the moon hits your eye, like a big pizza pie... That's amore! Which is exactly what you'll find on North Highland this weekend as every paisano in town celebrates the Feast of San Gennaro, the patron saint of Naples.

There will all things yummy during the festivities: calamari, calzone, cannoli, biscotti, espresso, gelato! Of course, it's not just the food, there's also Bada Bingo! (I just had to say it) and Bocce (Italian-style bowling). Kids corners and cooking demos are also around for some extra fun.

Fri-Sun, September 24-26, 11am - 11pm
1651 N. Highland Ave. (south of Hollywood Blvd).

Admission: $5, Kids under 12 free
